1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is new, unused, and uninstalled
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item complies with the conditions outlined in this policy
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Return Method
- All returns must be made by mail
- Customers must contact us first to request return authorization
- Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval
- Unauthorized returns will be rejected and will not be refunded
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
3.1 Non-Defective Returns (Customer Responsibility)
If the return is due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer needing the product
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping.
This includes:
- Paying the return shipping cost
- Arranging the return shipment independently
- Preparing and purchasing the return shipping label
⚠️ Trycay does not offer free return shipping for non-defective items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Defective Items or Seller Error (Trycay Responsibility)
If the return is due to:
- Product defects or malfunction
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect item sent by Trycay
Trycay will:
- Cover the return shipping cost or
- Offer a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate
These cases are handled in accordance with our quality assurance and warranty process.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the returned item is received.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If an item is defective or incorrect, a replacement may be provided as part of after-sales support.
Such cases are handled as warranty-related replacements and do not constitute an exchange.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation
- Items returned without prior authorization
7. Shipping Origin & Return Address
Orders are shipped from our warehouse facilities in China.
The return address will be provided by customer support after the return request is approved.
