We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned with original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

4. Return Shipping & Fees (Important)

- A return label may be provided at no upfront cost to the customer
- Providing a return label does not mean return shipping is free
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by us:
- Return shipping costs are fully covered by TRYcay
- No fees will be deducted from your refund
- If the return is due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer needing the product
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
This ensures customers do not need to pay shipping fees upfront, while still bearing the cost for non-defective returns.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 30 days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund
Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted before the refund is issued (if not caused by seller fault).
