Warranty Coverage
All products sold on Trycay are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, starting from the date the order is delivered.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage that occurs under normal use.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product damage or defect
Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product at no additional cost
- A refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy
Damaged Packages During Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- Photos of the damaged outer packaging and the product
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
